D16 Group Toraverb V1.3.1 (PC - MAC)

d16 toraverb 2 got some new features added to it, which were absent in its predecessor. adding some max delay and 2/4/8-way squelch have made the plugin somewhat more versatile. if you want to make all the reflections play simultaneously on all the 5 rooms, you can use the separate mid/side mode as well.

in the previous version of toraverb, a certain time parameter was set up which served as a control-over-the-limit. when this time was reached, the reverb immediately began to tail off. the tail was however still audible and distracting.

the reverb in toraverb 2 allows you to customize how much time is required for the reverb to tail off. this is a great advantage over the previous version where the amount of tail had to be set manually.

we can now use multiple instances of d16 group toraverb v1.3.1 for simulating different environments. you can even have one instance in the main board room and another in the control room. ducking mode can be used to get the reverb in a section of the room as loud as possible.

the reverb in toraverb 2 allows you to set the volume of the reverb tail without affecting the strength of the rest of the reverb. this is a great advantage over the previous version where the strength of the reverb reverb was set by changing the 'time' parameter.

when creating toraverb, d16 did not base it on any current reverb unit available in the market. they did not implement any off-the-shelf algorithm. toraverb is not a classic type reverb unit like spring, room, hall or plate. toraverb is a concept algorithm reverb. using a set of easily accessible parameters, it allows the user to create practically any type of reverb. 3d9ccd7d82
